Ephraim, Yi Qin, Qin-Qin, Ben-ben. That's ME! God have given me an interesting personality. I'm a sanguine, in another word, an extrovert. I love to be around people. Some people accused that i'm lame. Well, i do find myself guilty, sometimes. Of course, at times, you will find me in very deep thoughts. I'm created to be thinker too. Sometimes i think too much and can be rather emotions-driven. Curious about my love life? Well, the love of my life is God! I love gorry, bloody and gruesome movies and thrillers, such as SAW 1,2,3 ; Mindhunter; When a stranger calls etc. Jazz musics are pleasing to my ears. Buildiing a strong and biblical guys group to win the world is my vision!

A diff DMM.

today we had our Dmm at tp again! haha. 3 weeks haven been there for dmm le. haha.

anyway, today dmm had been a rather diff one for me. I led worship and first part of the teaching. Both screwed up. Big time man. (at least for me =x)

For worship, the atmosphere was rather stuck since the beginning. A very restless spirit from the people. For my part, one main problem was that i was too mis focused. There are times when i was like "ok, god, how? where now?" And like what bing said, when i, as the worship leader, mis focused and was blurred about where to lead the people, how can the people be clear and follow me properly? Thank god, at the end, i managed to save it a little. Still, a little sad.

So, moving on to teaching. I was supposed to teach for the first part, followed by bing. The whole teaching was prepared well. But ended up... haiz... ... ....

1. atmosphere was TOO fun. To the extend that people are unable to focus in the teaching. My point didnt really got across as well. Need to be more serious at times.
2. there was not much depth, even though it was 45min.
3. i had too much gap-fillers---"Okay"
4. 'Blur' out by people's questions or comments, even though some were mere carps.
5. Had stories and good facial expressions and hand signals.

overall- HAIZ! =( =/ =o(

other than the roles, i was reminded of this fact:
leaders are not superman. they are just the same as everyone, who need a little encouragement when in down times.
even superman himself needs people's encouragement!

i really appreciated aloy, alvin and bing who gave me a pat on the back and tell me "it's ok!" THANKS DUDES! HEEHEE =)

Just before u go off, just take a few min, to just send a simple but heart-felt encouragement sms to your shepherd/Cl/UL! I promise u it's more powerful that spinach is to Popeye! hahaha. =)

Pasir ris outing!!! HEEZ!

Last sun, i had a really fun time ben, glen, alfonso and aloy at pasir ris park! it has really been a long time since we spend a quality time together as a caregroup at outdoors!

We reached around 1 plus and found a nice shady spot under the coconut tree and have our picnic. Should have bought more food since it was for 5 guys! haha. Had fun talking crap and listening to Ben's '7-angels' story! hahaha!!!

We then went to rent our bicycles! Sadly, we didn't get to roller blade!!! ARRGGHHH!!! nvm. We still had fun! haha. From one end, we traveled to the other end of pasir ris park, when we saw this Pony ride place. Never really seen a real horse in my life. Thus we went in to just take a look at the horses and pony at a much closer distance.

Climax of the whole trip= BEN's act of stupidity and lamility! hahaha. Check it out:

Ben find it very fun and amusing. So... he decided to go for the second try.... with MY bicycle!!! But man..... that was the wrong choice! the whole bike was stuck in mud!!! And the front wheel was full on mud!!!!!!!!!!

Aiyoyo.... after much struggle, we managed to rescued the bike up and washed it. Now, it was time for ben to wash up! He was all wet and dirty! hahaha. everyone helped to clean the bike, wash his pants and shirts. Man, that was dumb, but FUN! hahaha.

Overall, i really had much fun! Ultimately, that's what a cg should be, isn't it? A group that not just read bible and pray, but to do life together; talk cock together; do dumb and stupid together! Thats' what cg is all about= exp fun+exp god!

Man, i'm waiting for the next outing man! Where do u all wanna go guys? haha =)
